Together we have achieved a remarkable victory! Thank you again for all that you did to make that possible.

Many challenges lie ahead of us. In fact, our work has just begun.

I will need your continued help and advice as we work together to change state government for the better in Tennessee. We can manage state government better. We can fix TennCare. We can attract more, better paying jobs to our state. And we can improve the public education system in Tennessee.

As a leader in our campaign and a friend of mine, many people will probably ask you questions about a variety of issues including the transition process and the planning of inaugural events. You can help me by assuring folks that we will approach these issues in an orderly fashion and that as soon as details are available, we will share them with our key supporters and the general public.

Again, thank you for all that you have done for me and this campaign. Please know that your continued leadership as we move forward in an orderly and organized fashion is important to me personally.
